Player privacy
Privacy Notice
Effective August 20, 2026
This notice explains how AlphaPants Worldwide LLC handles information connected to Winner Calls, including the digital playtest at playwinnercalls.com.
Information we collect
You may play the digital game without creating an account or providing an email address. If you voluntarily create or customize a player profile, we may collect your email address, display name, optional profile photo, game statistics, match history, multiplayer room activity, and preference settings. We use limited session and visit information to operate, secure, and improve the site.
How we use it
We use this information to provide player access, restore profiles across devices, operate multiplayer games, maintain statistics and standings, respond to support requests, understand playtest performance, moderate player photos, and improve Winner Calls.
Player photo review
New profile photos are held privately for review before they can appear to other players. An approved photo remains visible while a replacement is pending. Photos that are inappropriate, unsafe, or unrelated to a player profile may be rejected and deleted. This review is a safety measure, but no moderation process can guarantee that every image will be identified immediately.
Playtest measurement
To understand whether unfamiliar players can discover, learn, finish, and replay Winner Calls, we record limited first-party playtest events. These may include a page visit, Play button selection, chosen play mode, match start or completion, approximate match duration and exit point, Calls selected with the associated five-die opening roll, replay, sharing, feedback, and tabletop-notification-list activity.
For this measurement, the browser creates random anonymous and session identifiers. The anonymous identifier may remain in local browser storage so a later visit can be recognized; the session identifier remains only for the current browser session. Our product-event records do not intentionally include an IP address, browser fingerprint, player name, email address, profile photo, or private-room code. If you are signed in, the service may associate an event with your internal player profile. Hosting and security providers may still process ordinary technical request data to deliver and protect the service.
Campaign links may also provide a source, medium, campaign label, or an anonymous referral code. We keep a first-touch source and the current or most recent source so we can understand which outreach leads to actual play. We do not use invasive device fingerprinting to identify visitors. Internal test sessions can be marked and excluded from public-launch reporting.
A retired launch campaign used a random browser identifier or internal profile identifier to deduplicate completion-based distinctions. We retain those historical records for account continuity and aggregate analysis, but no new campaign positions are awarded. Clearing browser data before signing in can create a new anonymous identity, so these records are a reasonable campaign measure rather than proof of a person's identity.
For compatibility and troubleshooting, we may also record coarse technical categories such as device platform, browser family, viewport-size category, standalone-app status, touch support, the part of Winner Calls in use, and a general error type. These records do not include the raw browser user-agent string, the error message or stack trace, a browser fingerprint, or the content a player entered.
Optional feedback and tabletop waitlist
Post-game feedback is optional. If you submit it, we store your Yes, Maybe, or No response, any comment you choose to add, and the related match and anonymous identifiers. If you join the tabletop notification list, we store the email address you provide, the signup source, and a record of your consent. Joining the list is not a purchase, and you can unsubscribe from future messages.
Optional player-account updates
If you choose to create a player account, the account form asks you to agree to an occasional Winner Calls message when a necessary playtest or service update is available. An account is not required to play. We do not use this permission for routine newsletters, tabletop marketing, or frequent promotions. The separate tabletop notification list has its own consent. We record the date and version of that choice. You can opt out from your player profile at any time, and any message we send will provide an unsubscribe method.
Children
Winner Calls tabletop play remains suitable for ages 6 and older. Digital player accounts are limited to people age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information through a digital account from a child under 13. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information so we can review and delete it.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell player email addresses or profile information. Information may be processed by service providers that help us host, store, secure, analyze, or support Winner Calls. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect players, the service, or our rights.
Retention and your choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your player information by contacting support. Deletion may remove saved statistics, profile photos, and account history.
You may also clear Winner Calls site data in your browser to remove locally stored anonymous and session identifiers. Doing so does not automatically delete records already received by the service; contact support for an applicable data request.
